About Justin

Product leadership grounded in how manufacturers actually work.

Justin Perkins is the Principal Consultant and Owner of Dimensional Product Advisors, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

He works with manufacturers whose product lines have become harder to sell, build, plan, and support as they have grown. His work helps leaders see which choices customers truly need, which products and parts create the most work, and where the business can simplify without hurting sales or customer relationships.

Product decisions affect the whole business. A product created to win an account can also add parts, suppliers, inventory, planning work, engineering support, and production constraints. Justin brings Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance into the same conversation so those tradeoffs are clear before the business acts.

His background includes product, manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, and S&OP leadership roles. He has helped create growth through new products and has managed the extra work that a broader product line can create.

Clients work directly with Justin from start to finish. The work is not handed off to a junior team. The person who helps define the problem also does the analysis, develops the recommendations, and stands behind the final work.

Approach

Remove unnecessary work while keeping the choices customers need.

The work does not start with a list of products to cut. It starts by finding which products matter, which differences customers notice, and where the business is doing extra work.

The goal is a product line that is easier to sell, build, plan, and support without taking away the choices customers rely on.

Start the conversation

Make the product line easier to run and easier to grow.

Start with a conversation about which products, parts, and processes are creating more work than they should.
